A research project based on information from 2010 about the food and water crisis in Venezuela. At the time, monthly minimum wage income was BsF.100 lower than the minimum price of a monthly food basket, and 17% of the population had no access to clean water. All of this happened while the president at the time Hugo Chavez was spending government funds on foreign charities and gifts.
