Sweet Sorrow Wine

A work in progress, Sweet Sorrow Wine pays tribute to the great women in the works of William Shakespeare.

Each bottle features two overlaying images, representing the woman chosen for that wine. For example, Lady Macbeth’s wine, Cabernet Sauvignon is represented by a queen chess piece layered over a hand dripping in blood; Juliet’s wine, Riesling, is represented by a dagger layered over a delicate rose; etc.

On the back of each label is written a monologue said by that woman, which is spoken at a pivotal point in their lives as depicted by Shakespeare.

Tampons are one of my least favorite things to buy. Not because I don’t want them, I just hate making the purchase because of the stupid boxes they come in! Overly designed in a manor that screams “Yay! It’s my period! Lets party!”, it’s absolutely embarrassing to buy a box of tampons or leave them out in the bathroom. And being open about the whole experience is taboo, which is ridiculous! It’s a natural body function, why should we be ashamed?

So I took it upon myself to change this, by creating a new tampon box that is small, easy to use, and not embarrassing in the slightest. Instead of hiding in a cupbord, this new box can be left on a bathroom counter with no embarrassment factor whatsoever, with patterns that can match any bathroom color scheme!

Maps and identity for “Everest: The Journey of a Lifetime”, an informational booklet for those who wish to someday climb Mount Everest, or who simply wish to know more about the journey. Booklet includes maps of each commercial route to the summit, as well as schedules of the climb, information on equipment and costs, and even a 3D pop-up map outlining every route ever taken to the summit.

I will post photos of the booklet and 3D map once it is printed and set up!

Hero 2 Go!

A product (package) designed for the everyday hero on the go.

This is a work in progress. Actual masks are in the process of design and creation. Photos taken at halfway point. The screenshot of the package layout is the project in its most recent state (as of 5 minutes ago).

Please enjoy! And if you have any critique as well, don’t hesitate to leave a comment and let me know! I’m always looking to clean and tweak my work to perfection.
